Olympic Games 2024: celebrate the medallists at the Parc des Champions du Trocadéro - the program

Athletes and sports fans have flown in from all over the world for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the French and Parisian event of the decade, and you can make the most of it, even without tickets! Several venues are set to welcome fans from France and beyond, free of charge, and allow them to meet the medal-winning athletes, bronze, silver or gold. To congratulate them, head to Champions Park, in front of the Eiffel Tower!

Thousands of French, Americans, Koreans and other nationalities will be able to gather together in this huge space on theTrocadero esplanade, between the Palais de Chaillot and the Eiffel Tower! The athletes will parade in a real crowd bath on a podium, the day after their exploits, just like when they returned from the Tokyo Games, but life-size. From July 29 to August 10, 2024 (except July 30 and August 2 to 4), from 4pm to 11:30pm, the Parc des Champions can accommodate almost 13,000 people a day.

Without replacing the medal ceremony, this special moment between the athletes and their public is a real celebration, full of love and joy. It's also possible to watch the finals on the giant screens set up on the Trocadéro, so that everyone can share in the thrill, enjoy a carefully-curated artistic program, and dine in the summer guinguettes.

Every day, the Parc des Champions opens at 4pm (except August 9 and 10, at 12pm), with a DJ set as a welcome, before enjoying an opening show at 5:30pm, the celebration of medal-winning athletes at 5:45pm, and then the live broadcast of the grand finals from 7pm to 11pm, a chance to see who you'll be welcoming on site the following day. A legendary athlete will be present every day, like Dan Carter, Carl Lewis or Nadia Comaneci!

• 5:30 p.m.: Opening Voguing Show (first ball voguing in the history of the Games)

Monday 05/08 :

• 5:30 p.m.: Opening show by Mourad Merzouki (hip hop parade to celebrate the diversity of aesthetics in urban arts and sports, carried by 30 dancers) .
