Have you always dreamed of being able to get really naked in front of works of art? Well, you've finally got the chance, with the very first naturist tour of the Musée Maillol, organized by theAssociation des Naturistes de Paris (ANP).
It's a first for the museum: on November 10, 11 and 17, 2022, the rooms of the Musée Maillol's"Ceci n'est pas un corps" exhibition will be reserved for completely naked visitors, who will discover the hyper-realistic exhibition. The idea is to make visitors and sculptures look at each other for a disturbing mirror effect. It's an opportunity for naturists to enjoy an unusual experience in a place that isn't necessarily dedicated to it.
"Ceci n'est pas un corps" is the latest exhibition at the Musée Maillol. Itinerant and unusual, it brings together almost 40 sculptures by international artists, disturbing in their hyperrealism and resemblance to the human body. After the first naturist museum visit organized by the Association des naturistes de Paris en France at the Palais de Tokyo in 2018, they are renewing the operation. Held with respect for naturist values, far from any voyeurism or exhibitionism, these naturist tours have already taken place in Liège, Brussels and Lyon, where the exhibition has already been presented.
Specific slots for naturist visits are offered on November 10, 11 and 17 at 7.30pm, 8.15pm and 9pm.
