In 2024, the Festival Chorus is set to return to the Hauts-de-Seine region, to the delight of music lovers of all kinds. Head for the Seine Musicale in Boulogne-Billancourt from Wednesday March 20 to Sunday March 24, 2024, for a new edition that promises to be rich in musical nuggets. The first event of the festival season, Chorus is destined to become an unmissable indoor musical experience.
In 2023, the Festival Chorus des Hauts-de-Seine brought together such talented artists as B.B Jacques, Hyphen Hyphen, Jeanne Added, Josman, Aldebert, Kalika, Laake, NTO and Suzane and Vladimir Cauchemar.
So, who has the honor of rocking the Seine Musicale for the 2024 edition of the Festival Chorus? Once again, the spotlight is on contemporary music: hip-hop, rock, pop, electronic music, French chanson and original creations... A wide range of musical styles will be showcased on La Seine Musicale's indoor and outdoor stages. In 2024, the Festival Chorus des Hauts-de-Seine will be headlining with Dinos, Luidji and SDM , to delight the ears of hip-hop fans.
For the others, other names have been confirmed, including composer and keyboardist Chassol, author, composer and singer Dombrance, artist Silly Boy Blue and duo Grandbrothers. And let's not forget Amahla, Cristale, Favé, Grove, Yamê, Rsko, Jordan Mackampa and Julien Granel ! In all, 90 concerts will be staged on the 6 stages of La Seine Musicale. And don't delay in reserving your tickets!
Remember that the Chorus festival is also the Chorus for kids, with a day on Wednesday dedicated to the very young. In addition, the event is once again launching its Prix Chorus. For this 14th edition, the prize returns in a new format. As the festival explains on its website,"the Prix Chorus Selection will now be made up of five candidates (compared with six up to now)". This scheme for spotting new talent in contemporary music rewards a group or artist and supports their career development with a €10,000 prize.
Since 2010, the Prix Chorus des Hauts-de-Seine has brought to light numerous artists, songwriters and groups, including Zaho de Sagazan (winner in 2022), Aimé Simone (winner in 2021) and, most recently in 2023, Uzi Freyja.
