In terms of programming, the 2025 edition of Rock en Seine is once again likely to appeal to our discerning ears, thanks to a line-up that's just right. The proof is in the exceptional appearance of Chappell Roan on Wednesday August 20!

A veritable pop phenomenon in recent months, Chappell Roan is now at the helm of a single opus released in September 2023. Entitled"The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess", it features the singles"Naked in Manhattan","My Kink Is Karma","Femininomenon","Casual","Kaleidoscope" and"Hot to Go! But the young Missouri-born singer really came into her own when she performed at Coachella and then at Lollapalooza in Chicago in 2024. Since then, the 26-year-old artist has exploded onto the web with her track"Good Luck, Babe!

Chappell Roan, known for her extravagant and offbeat stage outfits, recently confirmed her appearance at the Leeds and Reading festivals in 2025. These two UK dates won't be the artist's only European dates next summer. Chappell Roan will be in good company on her very first night at Rock en Seine, as the festival has also announced the arrival of London Grammar, Suki Waterhouse and Luvcat. Tickets for this exceptional opening night go on sale on Friday December 13 at 12 noon on the Rock en Seine website.

With this 100% all-female line-up, programmed on the first evening, the Parisian festival confirms its commitment to bringing major female artists to open the festival. Remember that last year, Rock en Seine lit up the eyes and ears of the audience by inviting Lana Del Rey, Pomme, Towa Bird, Rori, Yoa, Rachel Chinouriri and Nell Mescal to open the evening. The year before, Rock en Seine had put everyone in agreement by programming Billie Eilish, Girl in Red, Tove Lo, Lucie Antunes and Hanna Grae as opening acts.
