After “Like I Used To” in 2012, “Work It Out” in 2015 and “Something’s Changing” in 2017, discover the new and fourth album of Lucy Rose called “No Words Left”.
The album is like a repertoire of folk songs in which some titles are more indie-pop and comes to join the whole in order to diversify the aesthetics and bring a musical multidisciplinary approach. “No Words Left” was born out of long recording sessions in Brighton with producer Tim Bidwell (Laish, Peggy Sue…).
Available in stores and online from March 22, 2019, this new album will end up with a tour including a concert in Paris scheduled on Thursday May 9, 2019 at the Café de La Danse.
If you don’t know yet Lucy Rose’s folk universe and the enchanting voice, it’s time to catch up. British singer, composer and multi-instrument player who knows how to play the drums, piano and guitar, Lucy Rose starts writing in 2008 with her band – musicians being Björn Agren (Razorlight former guitarist), Joe Steer (Broadcast 2000 former bassist) and Sam Nadel (drums).
Since then, Lucy Rose has gone a long way and there’s still a long way to go!
While waiting to hear her live in Paris, we leave you to it with her wonderful single “Conversation”:
