They're French, they're into metal and they're known internationally. They also gave a memorable performance at the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics in July 2024. They are the members of Gojira. With 7 studio albums to their credit, the band - made up of Joe Duplantier (vocals, guitar), Mario Duplantier (drums), Christian Andreu (guitar) and Jean-Michel Labadie (bass) - has announced its return to Paris in 2025 for a major French tour! Mark your calendars: Gojira will be welcoming fans to theAccor Arena in Paris on Sunday, November 30, 2025 for a unique concert that promises to be an absolute blast.

In addition to this set in the capital, Gojira is planning 12 other concerts in France, with stops announced in Lille, Rouen, Nantes, Toulouse, Clermont-Ferrand, Marseille, Nice, Bordeaux, Lyon and Strasbourg. The Landes-based band will also be in the South of France on July 29, as part of the Carcassonne festival.

As you'd expect, tickets for this one-off Gojira date in Paris are likely to go fast, so don't miss the opening of the ticket office. The Accor Arena in Paris is announcing pre-sales available from 10am on September 26, 2024. Gérard Drouot Productions has also announced that pre-sales will be available from 10 a.m. on September 26. Otherwise, the general on-sale date is September 27 at 10am.

And we might as well tell you right now, but the quartet intends to give you an eye and earful on this French tour. On their social networks, the French metal band announce an"immersive and explosive experience"!

"We're delighted to announce a French tour worthy of the name! 13 exceptional dates all over France (or almost...) We're going all out for an immersive and explosive experience. A new stage in the band's history," wrote the band in their post.

We imagine that the band will take the opportunity to revisit live some of their key tracks from their various albums, such as"L'enfant sauvage" (2012) and"Magma" (2016), not forgetting the excellent opus"Fortitude". Released in April 2021, the album reveals a powerful, technical metal sound, inviting the listener on a unique spiritual journey. The opus is also a cry for the planet, carrying an ecologically committed message!

We hope that Gojira 's French tour will also be an opportunity to discover a few new tracks from the band's forthcoming album, not forgetting to hear"Ah! Ça ira!", the song played at the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics, at the Conciergerie.
