CocoRosie live in June 2023 at Paris L’Elysée Montmatre

They were set to perform in April 2020, at the Trianon. Unfortunately, Covid had other plans, smashing their project. But CocoRosie are tough. The musical formation created by two sisters, Bianca and Sierra Casady, is coming back to France for two shows, including one scheduled on Friday June 30, 2023, at the L’Elysée Montmartre. The day after, CocoRosie will go to Lyon to amaze the hears and eyes of the Radiant de Caluire audience. A piece of advice, book tickets soon.

For the record, on March 6, 2020, Bianca and Sierra Casady released their album “Put the Shine On”, especially marked by “Lamb and the Wolf” and the flawless “Smash My Head”. A disc CocoRosie will be finally able to promote live in France.

And the audience is starting to get familiar with the Casady sisters. For the record, the CocoRosie project was created in France. Back in 2004. At that time, the two American sisters released “La Maison de mon rêve”, an album recorded in an attic room in the Montmartre area. To make this first record, Sierra and Bianca decided to add noise produced by water, kitchen utensils and kids’ toys.

Since then, CocoRosie evolved a lot, releasing six more albums. But the two multi-disciplinary artists keep on surprising us with their unique style mixing hip-hop, folk and opera. A unique we love live. The two sisters never lack imagination to make every show fun and a great occasion to make us dive into their oneiric and spellbinding world. Let us meet in Paris, and especially at the L’Elysée Montmartre on June 30, 2023, to experiences this gorgeous musical journey.
