It's a music show that's already lasted more than three decades! Taratata, renamed"Taratata 100% live" since its return to the airwaves in September 2015, made its comeback last September with a new season and new programs to follow, again on France 2. After celebrating its 30th anniversary at the Paris La Défense Arena in October 2023, Taratata returns once again in the second half of the evening on Friday, December 20, 2024 with a new 100% live and never-before-seen edition.
As always,"Taratata 100% Live" invites national and international artists to perform live and in public, interpreting one of their songs or a cover version, alone or in duet with another artist. These performances are also punctuated by confidences from the guest artists, as well as acoustic musical interludes.
After welcoming Vianney, Zazie, Vincent Delerm, Hoshi, as well as Zaho de Sagazan, FFF and Orchestral Manœuvres in the Dark during the previous season, who has the honor of taking part in this new evening broadcast on France 2 on December 20, 2024 from 11pm? Once again, Nagui welcomes an exceptional line-up, including Shaka Ponk. The famous rock band, who bid farewell to the stage during four huge concerts at theAccor Arena, will be offering Taratata viewers a final performance.
We recall that the band, with their boundless energy, decided to put an end to their musical career in order to devote themselves to ecology.
For the occasion, Shaka Ponk will get the Taratata audience up and dancing one last time with a number of their songs, including " Je m'avance ", taken from their latest album. Frah, Sam and the others will then perform their hit " Tout le monde danse " alongside Zazie, followed by the hit " Wanna Get Free " with Sun Brutal Pops.
On Friday, December 20, Nagui will also welcome the legendary Philippe Katerine, at the helm of a new opus entitled"Zouzou". In 2025, the French artist will embark on a major tour of France, stopping off at the Zénith de La Villette in April. For Taratata, Philippe Katerine will also perform " Le tourbillon de la vie " with Iranian-born French writer and singer-songwriter Serge Rezvani.
Another artist invited to join Nagui for this new edition of"Taratata 100% live"? Mexican rock band The Warning, formed in Monterrey in 2013.
