After enchanting audiences at the Salle Pleyel with Warren Ellis in 2021, and then setting the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud on fire for the 2022 edition of Rock en Seine, Nick Cave returns to Paris to the delight of his fans! This time, the artist will be surrounded by his faithful band The Bad Seeds, made up of Warren Ellis, Martyn Casey, Jim Sclavunos, George Vjestica, Larry Mullins and Carly Paradis. Together, they plan to play no fewer than 27 dates on the Old Continent.
In France, they'll be heading to theAccor Arena in Paris for a single concert scheduled for Sunday, November 17, 2024. This will be the last date of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds' European tour. In other news, British post-rock outfit Black country, new road will be opening for the Paris show.
For the rest of the tour, simply dubbed " The Wild God Tour ", Nick Cave and his bandmates are also planning stops in Amsterdam, Berlin, Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Budapest, Prague, Milan, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Antwerp, Glasgow, London and Dublin.
Please note that the general on-sale date is 10 a.m. on March 22. For those in a hurry, AEG presents France is organizing a pre-sale available from 10am on March 21. As for the Accor Arena, the venue has announced a pre-sale available on registration from 10am on March 20.
Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds ' new European tour will be an opportunity to unveil live tracks from their new opus, due for release on August 30. Dubbed"Wild God", the band's new and 18th album is eagerly awaited by many fans, eager to know the worthy successor to the sublime"Ghosteen" released in 2019.
But Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds won't be shying away from playing and interpreting some of their older tracks, taken from their rich discography!
