" It's not my fault. And when I give my tongue to the cats, I see the others ". If that's stuck in your head, then you've probably witnessedAlizée's professional birth. It was in 2000 with the hit " Moi... Lolita ", taken from the artist's first album,"Gourmandises". 25 years later, Alizée announces her return to the stage with an exceptional concert scheduled at the legendaryOlympia concert hallin Paris on Sunday, September 7, 2025. Tickets go on sale on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 6:00 pm. This is what the Olympia has announced on its website.
Born in 1984,Alizée made her debut on"Graines de star" at the age of 16. And it didn't take long for the young artist to be noticed, as she was spotted by a certain... Mylène Farmer. The artist behind " Désenchantée " wrote two albums for her with Laurent Boutonnat:"Gourmandises" in 2000 and"Mes courants électriques", three years later. Success was not long in coming, as the very first single, " Moi... Lolita " became a hit not only in France, but also in several other European countries and even in Asia!
Following these two acclaimed albums, Alizée continued her career, but without Mylène Farmer and Laurent Boutonnat. The singer released"Psychédélices" in 2007,"Une enfant du siècle" in 2010,"5" in 2013 and finally"Blonde" in 2014. In recent years, Alizée has put music aside to concentrate more on her other passion, dance. With her husband Grégoire Lyonnet, she has opened a dance academy in Ajaccio, Corsica.
But her love of music remains intact. As proof, Alizée returned to the stage this summer, with dates in Madrid, Spain and Nice. In 2025, Alizée will be performing her greatest hits in Paris to mark her 25th anniversary in the music business. See you at theOlympia on September 7, 2025 for a leap back in time!
