Another 26th edition of the NRJ Music Awards! Once again this year, the musical event can be followed live on TF1 and NRJ from the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. A host of French and international artists are expected to perform, including Indochine, David Guetta, Santa, Louane, Kendji Girac, Teddy Swims and Joseph Kamel.
As for the nominees, 67 artists are in the running for 14 categories. Leading the nominations are Taylor Swift, David Guetta and Justice, all three of whom have been nominated three times.
The long-awaited awards and results will be unveiled on November 1, 2024, at a ceremony expected to last just over three hours. To present the trophies to the lucky winners, the NRJ Music Awards have invited a host of artists from the worlds of sport, entertainment and cinema. No fewer than 18 personalities will join the ceremony this Friday evening to present the various awards.
Among them is French athlete Élodie Clouvel. A modern pentathlon specialist, Élodie Clouvel was once again Olympic vice-champion in her discipline at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Alexis Hanquinquant, French flag-bearer and gold medallist at the Paris Paralympic Games in his Para triathlon PTS4 category, will also be in Cannes to present an NRJ Music Award, as will handisport swimmer Ugo Didier, crowned at the Paris Paralympic Games.
This Friday, November 1, the NRJ Music Awards ceremony will also welcome to the stage of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes the comedian Jarry and the actress Claire Romain, who viewers will soon be able to see again in the series"Cat's Eyes".
Also announced are actor Kevin Dias, seen in season 2 of"Emily in Paris", comedians Arnaud Ducret and Tom Villa, not forgetting Michael Youn and actress Constance Gay.
Former Star Academy contestantLenie and NRJ host Louis, not to mention videographers and content creators Michou and Joyca, will also be on hand.
Finally, the duo Justice, the legendary Pedro Winter, singer-songwriter Yodelice and K.Maro will also take to the stage to present awards.
