Elektric Park Festival in Chatou 2024, the program

Originally scheduled for August 30 and 31, 2024, the Elektric Park Festival has been forced to cancel its summer edition due to the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games. But the Paris electro event has decided to adapt by offering a special edition this year, moved to Saturday June 15. We tell you all about it.

This music festival usually takes over theÎle des Impressionnistes, in Chatou, Yvelines, in the autumn of each year, to promote electro music and welcome international headliners and electronic revelations, as well as unavoidable figures in techno, hardcore and trance music.

This year, Elektric Park Festival announced its return on August 30 and 31, 2024, with confirmed artists such as Bennett, Jessica Audiffred, Mandragora, Vladimir Cauchemar, Neko and Camo & Krooked behind the decks.

Unfortunately, due to the organization of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, this two-day edition will not take place. In a press release published on social networks on January 25, the event organizers thus announced the cancellation of this edition scheduled for August 30 and 31. " Since Covid, we haven't had to give you any bad news. And yet, we learned last week that the next edition of Elektric Park could not take place on August 30 and 31 on the Île des Impressionnistes in Chatou ". " Olympic law requires the reserve of law enforcement and emergency services to meet the needs of the Olympic and Paralympic Games festivities from July 1 to September 15 ", the organizers state in the same press release.

But the Elektric Park team still wanted to put electro music in the spotlight this year, proposing an adapted edition, taking place over just one day, and moved to Saturday June 15, 2024, from midday to midnight. " After several back-and-forths, we have obtained authorization from the prefecture to organize an event in the same venue, over one day: Saturday June 15, 2024 ", announce the festival organizers, who point out that several artists confirmed at the outset will unfortunately be unable to join the party, following the example of Sickmode, TDJ, Jessica Audiffred, Camo & Krooked and Bennett.

Other confirmed artists include Vladimir Cauchemar, Mandragora, Sub Zero Project, Sound Rush and Neko. The festival has also announced the participation of Sefa, Maissouille B2B Mr. Bassmeister, D-Frek, Spice Up and Damien RK. Click here to reserve your pass!
