Festival Manifeste, an international festival and multidisciplinary academy, returns with its 2024 edition from May 30 to June 22, at several venues in the capital .
This multi-disciplinary event aims to place music at the heart of the " arts of time " (theater, dance, cinema, digital arts...).
To this end,Ircam has decided to bring together composers and performers, directors, actors, video artists, choreographers and dancers for a month to present an exceptional program, including the Chaplin Factory cine-concert at the Centre Pompidou, as well as Alexandre Roccoli's Long Play (LP)/Lovotic dance performance, a poetic, futuristic fable.
The festival kicks off with the opening concert, featuring theOrchestre de Paris, the Chœur des Métaboles and a jazz band in a huge collage of sound and vision. Directed by Simon Steen-Andersen, the concert, entitled La Playlist de l'été, is a veritable voyage into your musical memory. The concert will take place at the Théâtre du Chatelet on May 31, 2024 at 8pm.
