Fabrice Guérin settles down at theTropical Aquarium of the Porte Dorée with his photographs that present the threatened marine animals. Entitled A Thousand and One Seas - Encountering a Fragile Nature, the exhibition takes us under the ocean to meet many fish, whales, dolphins and many others. To be discovered with the family from February 29 to April 5, 2020.
French photographer Fabrice Guérin has put on his best face (literally) to bring us superb images of marine animals in their natural habitat. Expert of marine specimens, the artist proposes a series of photos and a video that reveals the beauty of this aquatic world that we know little, but also its fragility.
As a committed photographer, the Frenchman wants to alert the public to the threats hanging over marine ecosystems, endangered by climate change andhuman activities. To encourage us to protect the aquatic world, Fabrice Guérin'sexhibition shows us all the wonders that we risk losing.
A Thousand and One Seas is part of the exhibition Whaleinopolis, which can be seen at the same time at the Tropical Aquarium. The photo exhibition is accessible with the entrance ticket for the Aquarium, so don't hesitate to go and say hello to the fishes swimming behind the big windows at the Palais de la Porte Dorée.
