100% paper II: Hopare and Urban Signature's free street art exhibition in Paris, our photos

Attention street art fans ! Urban art invites itself once again to the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. For four days only, from Thursday January 11 to Sunday January 14, 2024, come and discover the new and second edition of the " 100% Paper " exhibition. Behind this beautiful and very rich collective installation, we find the visual artist Hopare, with Urban Signature to support him in the organization.

Hopare, whose real name is Alexandre Monteiro, is known for his sculptures and large-scale frescoes of female faces in France, Lisbon (Portugal), Tallinn (Estonia) and the Lofoten Islands (Norway). Meanwhile, Urban Signature, described as " France's leading bespoke street art company ", has been stepping up its exhibitions in Paris of late. Most recently, Urban Signature seduced the eyes of many with its "Street vs Wild", "Street Art Wonderland", "It's street art time","Monochrome" and"Art Against Pain" exhibitions.

So, what's on the agenda for this " 100% Paper II " exhibition in Paris? No fewer than 60 French and international artists in one and the same venue. Coming from different backgrounds, they all worked on paper (acrylic and aerosol on art paper, ballpoint pen and pencil on cotton paper, acrylic on paper laminated on wood, colored pencils on semi-toned paper, fragments of paper and sewn wool on natural paper, stencil on old map, pen on Arches paper...) to give rise to this beautiful installation bringing together just over 130 original works exhibited in an incredible 350 m² Parisian venue from January 11 to 14, 2024.

For " 100% Paper II ", Hopare and Urban Signature welcome some of the artists already present at the first edition, such as Caroline Karenine, Vinie and Olivier Masmonteil, as well as many new talents, including Matt Ketmo, Nast 404, Vincent Chery, Moe Delaitre, Stom 500, Fahaka, Tiger, Abys, Nicolas Marciano, Monkeybird and Joos van Barneveld, aka Does. This Dutch artist, who never shows his face, is exhibiting in Paris for the very first time! Some of Hopare 's works are also on display, in small or larger format, such as the sublime"Éclat d'Ébène".

At the start of 2024, Hopare and Urban Signature return to Paris with " 100% paper II ", much to our delight! To discover this second edition of the exhibition, we strongly advise you to visit N°5 rue Bailly, in the 3rd arrondissement of the capital, from January 11 to 14, 2024. And since admission is free, you really wouldn't want to miss it!
