Alegria Blue, a Belgian artist born in 1993, has been drawing since the age of ten. Passionate about writing, drawing and art history, she favors painting and drawing, influenced by artists such as Magritte and Hopper, as well as the Congolese community of her childhood.
With "Défragmentation", the artist plunges into the depths of human complexity. Each canvas unfolds like a window onto the unconscious and time. In these monumental works, the artist deconstructs perceptions of space, time and identity, opening up an introspective path where every detail whispers a powerful, subtle story. This exhibition is an invitation to explore the intricacies of the human soul in all its richness. Alegria Blue's creative process is an immersive exploration, revealed here in all its diversity.
From the first sketch to intimate writings, including sound bites composed by Pierre Sage Pee on which 4 rappers interpret the artist's work, blending poems and inspiring music. You can also listen to rapper Nix and many others! You'll also find clothes made by talented stylist Afshal. The exhibition offers visitors a plunge into the artist's inner world. They discover the inspirations and emotions that inhabit his work, revealing a creative journey that is both sensitive and captivating.
