From bud to flower... From April 4, 2023 to November 24, 2024, the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie invites you to discover its new exhibition: Métamorphoses. Curious young and old alike will be taken on a magical, immersive journey, unveiling the curiosities and wonders of nature.
Nature, that incredible element that is constantly changing, giving rise to animals and plants that evolve as if by magic. How can a caterpillar turn into a butterfly? How can trees grow from such a small seed? How can corn become popcorn? ? So many questions answered at the Cité des Sciences.
The museum invites you to explore the living world through five immersive, fairytale worlds. Immerse yourself in a funfair, a forest straight out of a fairy tale, a shadow theater... And discover how all the creatures around you (and even you) evolve according to the weather and their environment! The tour is free: you can move from one world to another as you please.
The exhibition is enhanced by a host of multimedia features, child-friendly games, experiments to carry out and animals to observe... The highly interactive tour is packed with games and experiments to help you understand the various metamorphoses covered in the exhibition.
