For the first weekend of the February vacations, the Petit Palais is pulling out all the stops, with a weekend of fun and educational family activities. On the program? Observation games, drawings, a concert or an exploration of the permanent collections: discover the feathered creatures of the Petit Palais with the whole family!
In anticipation of being able to observe them for real in the spring, the Petit Palais is inviting young and old alike to discover birds during its feathered weekend, on Saturday February 10 and Sunday February 11, 2024. But to do so, budding explorers will need their exploration booklet (available from the museum reception desk), to slip into the shoes of an ornithologist for a morning or afternoon. Set off to discover the most unusual feathered specimens, whether exotic, legendary birds or small, more common birds, hidden in the museum's works. As an added bonus, there'll be a concert featuring the sounds of nature and birds, for total immersion in the world of these animals. So, head to the Petit Palais on February 10 and 11, 2024, with the kids!
