The Range Ta Chambre collective is preparing a new exhibition with the GRAFFART association, to be held at the Amarrage gallery in Saint-Ouen, from October 3 to 27. The vernissage, scheduled for 7pm on October 3, will be an opportunity for the public to discover this troupe of multi-talented artists with unbridled styles. The Range ta Chambre collective is the brainchild of Korsé, a street-art artist known for his ability to explore every creative nook and cranny.
Korsé, a true jack-of-all-trades, juggled so many projects that he often felt overwhelmed by his own ideas and works. He used to joke that he needed to "tidy his room" to bring some order to his creative chaos. For him, this expression symbolized not so much the need for strict organization, but rather an amused awareness of the number of ideas he was accumulating. It was a way of acknowledging that he was churning out so many styles and projects that he sometimes felt overwhelmed. It was this playful, no-holds-barred atmosphere that gave rise to the "Range ta Chambre" collective. Throughout his festival appearances and encounters, Korsé came across artists who, like him, were insatiable creators, capable of venturing off in a thousand directions at once. Many of them felt the need to "tidy up" their output, not to impose limits on themselves, but simply to channel their unbridled creative energy. Some of them were already close friends, others were encounters made at art events, but all shared this common trait: bubbling creativity and a constant desire to touch everything.
The collective was formed naturally around this idea: to bring together artists with a no-holds-barred approach to art, where diversity and experimentation are encouraged. The group brings together a wide variety of profiles, from draughtsmen to graffiti artists, acrylic painters, but also artists from both street and non-street backgrounds. But despite their differences, all the members of "Range ta Chambre" share this creative spirit, this desire to express themselves without barriers, to break down traditional boundaries between disciplines.
In this way, the collective positions itself as a creative laboratory, a space where artists can experiment, explore and push back the boundaries of their disciplines, without ever taking themselves too seriously. This approach reflects the spirit of Korsé and some of his companions Woizo, Caphar, Eskat, Fesmer, Amikal and Dawal: free, carefree art deeply rooted in sharing.
