Located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, Galerie Itinerrance regularly hosts works and installations by talented urban artists. In recent years, for example, Itinerrance has opened its doors to Shepard Fairey, as well as to Seth, Add Fuel, Inti and Wen2. Founded in 2004 by Mehdi Ben Cheikh, this renowned Parisian street art gallery has also been behind a number of city-wide 'Hors les murs' projects since 2013.
This spring, the Parisian street art gallery invites a new artist who is sure to surprise and delight. His name? Hush. The British artist, born in Newcastle and considered one of the 20 artists emerging from the contemporary urban art scene to be closely followed by the British newspaper The Independent, will unveil his works in a solo exhibition to be discovered free of charge from Friday April 26 to Saturday June 1, 2024.
Using a variety of artistic techniques, including painting, silkscreening, collage, stencilling, drawing and graffiti, Hush is known for honoring femininity in all its forms. Femininity will therefore be the focus of this new and second solo exhibition by artist Hush at Galerie Itinerrance.
It's an opportunity to discover and admire her work on these enigmatic, multi-faceted women from the four corners of the globe. Canvases and works to discover this spring, from April 26 to June 1, at the Itinerrance gallery in Paris' 13th arrondissement!
Please note that an opening reception for Hush's solo exhibition, open to the public, is scheduled for April 26 from 6pm.
