On March 5, Disneyland Paris announced the arrival of new Star Tours featuring the heroes of several series in the space saga, namely Ahsoka Tano, The Mandalorian and Cassian Andor. From April 5, 2024, get ready to embark on an unprecedented odyssey. Inspired by the flagship series available on Disney+, these new adventures promise to revolutionize the Star Tours experience, propelling visitors to the heart of the iconic tales that continue to weave the legend of this galaxy far, far away.

In an ongoing effort to innovate and enrich its experiences, Disneyland Paris is preparing to integrate characters and locations that have become cult favorites with fans. The flagship attraction, known for its immersive, fast-paced space travel, is preparing to welcome new heroes - and even Grogu! This Star Tours update is an invitation to dive into over 250 story variants, significantly enriching the catalog of adventures available to visitors.

One of the highlights of this contribution is the introduction of the planet Peridea, taken directly from the Ahsoka series. Imagine yourself at the helm of the Starspeeder, receiving urgent transmissions from your favorite heroes, guiding you through perilous missions, all amid breathtaking scenery and breathtaking scenarios. The arrival of these new Star Tours adventures at Disneyland Paris also symbolizes the perfect fusion between the nostalgia of the original episodes and the dynamics of the new sagas. For Star Wars fans, it's a chance to experience magical moments, transported to the farthest reaches of the universe, alongside legendary characters.

So, what are these new trips to the galaxy far, far away worth? During a press conference at the resort, we took the opportunity to take a tour of the Discoveryland attraction, in the hope of stumbling across one of the new Star Tours journeys. And we didn't miss a beat! Once on board, our flight first took off for Kashyyyk, the Wookie planet which has been on offer since 2016.

Then comes a brand-new transmission we've never seen before, a hooded man... It turns out to be Cassian Andor, one of the main characters in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (and accessory THE main character in the Andor series, on Disney+). A welcome arrival that's sure to get us excited! Then we jump back into hyperspace to arrive in the skies of what appears to be the planet Arcana or Peridea (hard to tell, all we can see are clouds), but that's without counting on the Purrgil, "interstellar whales" that can travel in hyperspace much further than "classic" ships, to wreak havoc on our flight plan.

Asohka also intervenes, asking us to protect the spy on board and bring him back safely. From a technical point of view, nothing changes from the other voyages already offered, this one fitting in very well with the basic storyline. But the arrival of these new planets and characters is a real breath of fresh air, allowing regular visitors to renew their interest with a few new features. In short, we're over the moon! All that remains is for you to travel around Star Tours and make up your own mind.
