Frou Frou, we've already told you about it, it's the friendly and greedy restaurant opened a few months ago, on the Quai des Grands Augustins, just a step away from the Fontaine Saint Michel. The restaurant proposes you, not a menu but beautiful plates to share in love or between friends. We choose what we want, we put on the table and we share. It is an ideal formula for an aperitif between friends.
Behind the stoves, Camille Chéry and Elhadi Djerfi, two friends who met in the kitchens of Monsieur Ducasse at the Hotel de Paris in Monaco. You might as well say that we eat well here. I particularly recommend the 60 days matured beef which is to die for or the ribs in Japanese barbecue style, a delight.
Go and sit at the nice wooden bar to enjoy a nice happy hour with your friends around beautiful bottles. Note that all the bottles have been carefully selected. We let ourselves be tempted by craft beers like La Parisienne or Altiplano with quinoa. You can also choose wines from producers like Sylvain Dussort's Bourgogne Aligoté or a Japanese whisky Nika.
To accompany all this deliciously, we share a plate of cold cuts, addictive cheddar fries, Poutine style as in Canada or an excellent focaccia.
Note that the place also does an excellent Sunday brunch. The brunch menu is still being worked on but one thing is for sure, it's a treat.
How about sharing a convivial moment with friends.
