The chef has meticulously selected all his products with the producers he's close to, to offer a top-quality brunch.
To start with, he offers a range of fresh starters, such as a basket of red and pink radishes with salt crust, an "organic" beet salad,potatoes and hard-boiled eggs, or fresh avocado with crabmeat...
The chef, who comes from a family of hunters, couldn't resist offering meat dishes. That's why you'll find "the spit of the day" cooked in the restaurant's large rotisserie. Or, for meat lovers with a good fork, the "Côte de boeuf de La Régalade" for 2 people.
To finish on a sweet note, Bruno Doucet takes us back to childhood with his Cherry Clafoutis, Rhubarb and Strawberry Crumble and the house staple "Rice cooked with milk and vanilla like my grandmother used to make, with dairy caramel".
