5 Straws, the coffee shop friendly

The Coffee-Shop 5 Pailles is installed in the district of Saint-Denis and has already its regulars. At the origin of this project, 5 friends from Istanbul and linked like the fingers of a hand. After observing the Coffee Shop phenomenon, especially in London, they wanted to create their own address in Paris, where this type of concept is slowly but surely growing.

It is on the district of Saint-Denis that they threw their devotion. This popular and hipster area seduced them and comforted them in the idea that it would be the perfect place for their little haven of peace. So it was at 79 rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis that they took up residence and began to conquer the hearts of the locals.

In this place with a hybrid decoration between post-industrial and natural, 5 Pailles welcomes you like a friend. Warm and friendly, it's a meeting point for a drink with friends, a work space, or simply a place to hang out. Expect to hear all languages spoken here as the place is already attracting Anglo-Saxons, both visiting and expatriates.



The big plus? A healthy and homemade restaurant. Sandwiches or salads for omnis and vegans, all cooked with fresh products, what more could you ask for? Coffee, of course! After having tried different roasters, the 5 Pailles team finally selected three: Lomi (French), Bonaza (Germany) and Cabra (Denmark).



To accompany your drink, 5 Pailles intends to make you crack with their desserts. It proposes you in particular a cinnamon roll, less sweet or stuffy than those we are used to taste. The Blueberry Financier is also a real favorite: a cake flavored with bergamot, a lemon cream accompanied by some blueberries.



All in all, 5 Pailles is an excellent value for money in a cosy place where you feel at home. What are we waiting for?
