Big news for lovers of (tasty) coffee, Pierre Hermé opens his second café in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood. Set at 126 Boulevard Saint-Germain, this new 90-sqm place designed by Santillane de Chanaleilles welcomes foodies in a pop and colorful atmosphere in line with Pierre Hermé’s pastries.
50 seats, a beautiful terrace, all you need to relax while waiting for your coffee. And not any kind of coffee! Pierre Hermé has selected exceptional coffees with L’Arbre à Café founder Hippolyte Courty.
Brazil Red lapar for expresso, Honduras arabicas and robusta, Colombian and Uganda coffees for Signature coffee, Brazilian, Peruvian, African and Indian coffees for L’Intense and coffees from Ethiopia and Peru for decaf… A must.
Behind the counter, baristas work by the book, helped by the best equipment on the market. So, whether you’re into espresso, chilled cappuccino, latte macchiato or mocha, you’ll find your happiness.
And let’s have a treat, enjoying our coffee with one of Pierre Hermé’s emblematic pastries (Ispahan, 2000 feuilles or Tarte Infiniment Vanille), a viennoiserie (Pain au Chocolat & Pistache, Kouign-Amann or Croissant Infiniment Citron) or macarons such as Mogador (Milk chocolate and Passion fruit) or Céleste (Passion fruit, rhubarb and strawberry).
In other words, a 100% coffee address to try very soon!
