La Fabrique Cookies arrives on the Left Bank with a new boutique in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

La Fabrique Cookies continues to expand, throughout the capital, to delight gourmets in every arrondissement. After La Fabrique Montorgueil, La Fabrique Gare Saint-Lazare, La Fabrique Nation 11ème, La Fabrique Gare de Lyon and La Fabrique Gare Montparnasse 15ème, La Fabrique Cookies has arrived on the Left Bank, in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

Founded in 2012, La Fabrique Cookies is known for its soft, handmade cookies, prepared artisanally, day by day. All ingredients used favor short circuits: Charentes-Poitou PDO butter, organic eggs, French flour (wheat harvested in the Centre Val de Loire region), French sugar, French milk. All good stuff!

In the new boutique, there's no mystery: the recipe remains unchanged. The cookies are made by pastry chefs (in the Clichy laboratory), then hand-bolted and baked on site, in front of customers, for maximum freshness.

Seventeen recipes are available from La Fabrique Cookies, including two limited-edition seasonal recipes. So, Left Bank gourmands, how about a little cookie from La Fabrique?
