Constantly on the lookout for tasty discoveries and new ideas, pastry chef Ludovic Fontalirant has been busy in his laboratory, coming up with some beautiful and creative pastries. Let's head to the bakery-patisserie Le Temps et le Pain, in the 14th arrondissement, to feast on these sweet treats with their original flavors.
What's more, Ludovic Fontalirant takes pleasure in creating pastries with very little sugar. So you can indulge yourself without a guilty conscience (but not too much)!

We've fallen for the Chocolate and Cocoa Tart, enhanced with Sumac berry .
We love the Yuzu and lime tart, with its tangy flowing center
Looking for sweetness and lightness? Opt for the Pomme-corn, a creation by sous-chef Caro which, as its name suggests, is composed of an ultra-light popcorn mousse, a caramelized pink lady apple insert and a popcorn and cornmeal shortbread cookie. All gluten-free.
And let's not forget the delicious gourmet cakes, marbled or vanilla, to be eaten without moderation.
