Olivier Stehly has closed his tea room in Châtelet and is heading to Bercy Village, with a beautiful pastry shop that should attract crowds. And this time, Olivier Stehly has chosen a name for his pastry shop: La Fabrique à Toga (cake in verlan, if you didn't know)! As always, the pop universe enthusiast will propose beautiful cakes, with the desire to tell stories every time, but moreover, La Fabrique à Toga will be a workshop where you can learn everything from the pastry chef.
Head to Bercy Village and its stores in the shape of little houses to discover Olivier Stehly's delicious desserts, starting on Thursday, March 11, 2021. For his new project, the pastry chef was able to count on Chloé Ribotta, his friend in life: this interior designer knows him well and was able to transcribe the universe he wanted to bring with brio.
Steel, wood and giant pop illustrations that magnify Olivier's flagship cakes. Namely, his Saint Domingue, a delicious praline cheesecake, a Paris-brest and coffee tarts.
Open from 8am to 6pm, La Fabrique à Toga wants to reach as many customers as possible, with an offer of cakes that will please from breakfast onwards. And for lunch, the sugar hero is betting on simple and regressive dishes: macaroni with truffles, mashed sausage and other bistro classics will be on the menu for those in a hurry.
La Fabrique à Toga is already planning to offer weekend brunches and the chef will also be offering workshops, something he has wanted to do for a long time! And to celebrate his opening in Bercy Village, Olivier Stehly will offer scratch tickets, which will allow you to win daily brunches, annual VIP passes and masterclasses.
Here's something to go for at Bercy Village when the weather is nice.
