Dalloyau Café opens at Galeries Lafayette Gourmet

Friends, a new ultra-gourmet spot has just opened its doors: the Dalloyau Café in Galeries Lafayette Gourmet !

Headed by Maison Dalloyau, you'll be able to enjoy a multitude of goodies, either on the premises, in the beautiful blue-bronze-red décor, or to take away.

When it comes to food, you're in good hands, since Dalloyau called on Michelin-starred chef Isabelle Arpin to work with the Dalloyau chefs on the savoury menu.

The chef's menu is light but gourmet, with sandwiches made from barely brioche Fougasse bread, as well as seasonal bowls and a range dedicated to vegetarians. We love the gourmet combinations, the fresh vegetables and the espuma sauces laid on minute for extra flavor.

Sweet tooths are not left out with a range of the house's legendary pastries, revisited and modernized by Jérémy Del Val, Champion de France du Dessert. From the Echiquier to themust-have Pépite Miel (exclusive to Dalloyau Café!), these pastries are addictive! With their low sugar content and incomparable sweetness, you'll love them.

For true gourmands, Dalloyau Café even offers a snack menu, created 4-handed by Jérémy Del Val and Ludovic Fontalirant of the bakery-patisserie Le temps et le pain . The offer includes chocolate bars, cookies, brownies, flan and other sweet treats to take away!
