Available every Sunday until April 25, this sunday roast in the purest Anglo-Saxon tradition can be delivered to your door or taken away directly from the restaurant. At the helm of the kitchen is Philip Chronopoulos, the talented Greek chef who arrived at Nolinski last year, and whom haute gastronomie aesthetes know, of course, from his Michelin star at the Restaurant du Palais Royal.
Like a convivial Sunday family meal, the Nolinski 's sunday roast can be ordered for a minimum of 4 people - or two very, very large gourmets, because we're telling you right now: there's plenty to eat at this brunch!
In practical terms, the ingredients for each dish arrive separately: sauce on one side, broth on the other, meat in one container, vegetables and toppings in another. Finally, all you have to do is reheat, following the chef's very clear instructions, in the oven, frying pan or saucepan, as the case may be. No need to be a MOF, we assure you, it's all very simple.
Let's get you salivating by revealing the contents of the sunday roast we were lucky enough to try? Imagine, for starters, a carrot velouté so fine it melts in your mouth; a roasted pumpkin accompanied by a green salad with lemon sauce. A real treat. Then imagine roast beef cooked to perfection, pink throughout, to be dipped in a black pepper sauce with sweet coffee accents, and devoured with crispy rösti.
Finally, for dessert, let us tell you about this incredible lemon tart with meringue as light as a cloud.
