Rivages, the sublimely decorated restaurant, unveils a new chic and gourmet brunch. Every Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra hosts a brunch created by Martin Simolka, combining gourmet delights with the finest produce.

At Rivages, they have chosen not to offer an all-you-can-eat brunch to avoid waste. This is an important value for Martin Simolka, who likes to work with all his fruit and vegetables without waste. Everything is good to take, rework and use in juices, sauces and drinks. But make no mistake, this doesn't mean that the brunch is lacking in indulgence - quite the contrary. Once you've had your fill of viennoiseries, finger sandwiches, hot toast, mignardises and desserts, you won't be able to say you're still hungry.

We love the fresh viennoiseries, the good taste of olives in the savoury dishes and the avocado toast with its perfectly cooked egg that flows perfectly.

The French toast is a dinguerie, super-melting and well soaked with its vanilla whipped cream and fresh fruit, it's easy to gobble up. As for the pancake, we love its salted butter caramel flavor and generous praline topped with caramelized hazelnuts.

And if you're still feeling peckish (you never know), the restaurant offers a variety of à la carte dishes to personalize your brunch. We have to admit, we couldn't pass up the delicious cheese plate.

And let's not forget the kids: the Sofitel Le Scribe has reserved a tailor-made buffet for them, complete with a host of entertainment, allowing parents to fully savor this timeless moment.
