As every year, the Fête des Vendanges de Montmartre returns to invade Paris's 18th arrondissement, with a host of events including a grand ball, fitness classes, a parade, free concerts and plenty of wine-tasting...
Due to new government directives and the Coronavirus epidemic, the Fête des Vendanges de Montmartre 2020 has been cancelled.
This year, gourmets will also have the pleasure of returning to the citizen's picnic. Taking place on Sunday, October 11, 2020 , from 12:30 p.m. in the Parc Chapelle-Charbon, in the 18th arrondissement, this event awaits you for a great meal in a green space turned towards a united and sustainable future .
This year, the citizens' picnic will experiment with the city of tomorrow, with Laëtitia Angot's Permanence Chorégraphique project, which gets the residents of Porte de la Chapelle dancing. Accompanied for the occasion by Radio RapTz, they will present a sound and dance creation that brings together all generations.
Meanwhile, Gens de Cottin will be offering a workshop on making bird seed dispensers and insect hotels, while Vergers Urbains will be giving tours of the park's shared garden.
Please note that due to the Coronavirus, and in order to respect sanitary conditions, the event invites you to bring your own lunch. There will be no food exchanges between participants this year. Dessert will be provided by Espace 93 Chapelle and will be prepared and served in strict compliance with health standards.
To recap, the Fête des Vendanges de Montmartre citizens' picnic is not to be missed on October 11, 2020 at Parc Chapelle-Charbon.
