At Crêperie Elo, we've been making takeaway crêpes (and galettes, of course), with organic ingredients, since 2015! So, for this restaurant-free Chandeleur 2021, this crêperie is well established, with a winter menu ofcomforting crêpe recipes and, above all, packaging that holds up (and that's putting it mildly!).
The galettes are pretty good, well-filled and the dough holds in the hand, making them easy to eat on the street. The packaging makes it easy to keep the galette warm and eat your crêpe properly.
Speaking of crepes, Crêperie Elo has dozens of gourmet recipes: their galette gourmande recipe includes chicken, egg, potato and oregano (10.50 euros), the hercule with leek fondue, goat's cheese and ham (12.50 euros). We chose the Savoyarde, with raclette, potatoes and Serrano ham (10.50 euros). Customized galettes start at 6 euros, with over 30 possible ingredients!
On the sweet side, there's the classic honey, butter-sugar or Grand-Marnier, as well as apple compote, salted butter caramel and speculoos (the happy at 9.50 euros), or chocolate caramel chantilly (the Booba at 9 euros). Note how well-stuffed the crêpes are. Fans of crepes with Grand Marnier can also opt for the Popi with banana and sugar (at 10 euros).
To accompany all this, Crêperie Elo also offers apple juice, hot chocolate, teas from Marinage Frères, cider from François Séhédic, Britt's buckwheat malt lager and even a kir Breton with crème de cassis.
Now that's something to cheer you up for Chandeleur!
