La crêperie de Gally, the new gourmet and local address on the Saint-Cyr l'Ecole Farm (78)

Food lovers take note: a few months ago, the Ferme de Gally in Saint-Cyr l'Ecole opened its long-awaited crêperie, with a seasonal menu featuring fresh produce. For lunch or a snack, come and treat yourself at the farm!

You may know the Ferme de Saint-Cyr l' École for its animals, its family visits, its creative workshops for children... But now the name is sure to stick in your head, as the farm has just opened its own crêperie: the Crêperie de Gally.

Set ina sheltered indoor garden, this is the perfect opportunity to take a well-deserved meal break after a morning spent wandering between the farm's maze, various animal enclosures, pickingfields... At the Crêperie de Gally, the emphasis is onconviviality above all else: everyone takes a seat around the large tables, while the menu focuses on fresh, local produce, most of it from the département or the region. At the crêperie, the eggs are organic and come from a farm 10 km from here, the wheat flour used for the crêpes is ground at the Moulins de Versailles and, in general, all the products are bought from the Saint-Cyr farm store.

The menu also evolves with the seasons, around three times a year, to bring you ultra-fresh, generous and, above all, gourmet savoury galettes and sweet crêpes. On the savoury side, you can opt for the classic whole-wheat galette with its ham-egg-cheese combo, or for more daring options, such as the delicious galette with chorizo,eggplant and fresh goat's cheese, andouille or ratatouille. On the sweet side, you can also count on the classics with sugar, chocolate, salted butter caramel and jam, or the more creative, such as apple crumble with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

As a family, you'll love the children's menu, which includes a savory galette, a sweet crêpe and a glass of apple juice for €13 (up to age 10). For a complete lunch, we recommend the €18 menu, which includes a galette, a crêpe, a glass of cider or a cold drink. What's more, to keep the kids occupied during their meal, the restaurant has coloring pages and children's books available!
