George V masterclasses for the holidays

For the festive season, the George V is unveiling a calendar of masterclasses dedicated to lovers of fine food and wine. Two Sundays a month, from October 30 to January 30, top chefs will be giving classes - and it's all great!

Would you like to excel in the art of pasta like Simone Zanoni, learn the tricks of the trade fromAlan Taudon or three-starred Christian Le Squer, thrill to the oenological knowledge ofEric Beaumard or try to match the beauty of Michael Bartocetti 's pastries? This year-end will give you the opportunity!

From October 30 to January 30, 2021, the George V Paris is offering unique masterclasses in the art of gastronomy. This is either an opportunity to learn how to concoct a divine meal before the festive season, or a superb gift for amateurs looking to learn from renowned chefs.

How does it work? You start by being welcomed in the lobby, then make your way to the famous Michelin-starred restaurant: Le Cinq. In this sublime setting, it's your turn to talk directly with the chefs. Once you've donned your aprons and utensils, it's off to the kitchens, privatized for the occasion.

Once you've got your hands dirty, it's time to finish off with lunch, tea-time or an aperitif in a warm atmosphere of excellence and sharing.

At the end of October, chef Simone Zanoni will open the ball with a breath of Dolce Vita in Paris. How his pasta is made, how he shapes and cooks it. We'll tell you all about his tricks and must-haves! Even that he breaks 3 rolling mills a year...

The trio each propose three-star recipes, high-flying desserts and food and wine pairings. Each discovery is accompanied by a meticulous step-by-step guide , with invaluable advice on how to make your end-of-year celebrations exceptional.
