From 11am to 7pm on Saturday June 8, Le Mazette will be transformed into a hot-market on all 3 levels.
An independent event organized by chili lovers for chili artisans from all horizons. The aim of the Paris-Chile Gang is to promote chilli culture to the general public and to enable chilli artisans to get together annually in a cultural and festive setting.

Paris Hot Sauce Trophy
First edition of the Trophy for the best hot sauces (in several categories), elected by an independent jury including the famous Sweet Pepper Shop and Sauce Piquante Review (more to come soon)
Hot Food & Drinks
A hot cocktail will be served all afternoon, with a food menu to delight the stomach.
Paris Chili Contest
Second edition of the Paris Chili Contest, following a highly successful first edition in 2023 at Mala Boom.
Funk, Tropical Disco, House
As we like it hot, it's only natural that every moment of the day will be punctuated by DJ sets on the various dancefloors between the rooftop and the main room, with funk, tropical-disco and house music: Jacques Fromage, Thibault Prevost, Maison Fatou, Les Fromagicians and Mlle fromage will take turns at the turntables to spread the heat wave.
