Les Hôtels Monsieur(George, Cadet...) added a new establishment to its portfolio on August 15: the boutique-hotel Monsieur Aristide. This 4-star Monsieur Aristide is ideally located between rue des Abbesses and rue Lepic in Montmartre, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, on rue Aristide Bruant.
The hotel boasts an interior courtyard garden and a slightly higher restaurant terrace. An ideal, quiet spot to relax on sunny days and enjoy a meal al fresco.
Clinging to the hilltop of Montmartre, Monsieur Aristide, a hotel on a human scale, has just 25 rooms, some with terraces around the private garden. These cosy, garden-level rooms have been carefully designed to take into account the building's particular features, notably the presence of alcoves. Monsieur Aristide also houses 4 duplex suites under the roof.
As a tribute to the chansonnier Aristide Bruant, Monsieur Aristide features a working jukebox. Musical instruments (guitars and synthesizers) have been placed throughout thehotel for the use of visiting guests.
Thehotel 's design was created by interior architect Marion Collard, who opted for a mix of vintage pieces and unique creations designed by herself. All thehotel 's furnishings are also vintage.
Monsieur Aristide also pays close attention to theenvironment: photovoltaic panels and a rainwater collection system have been installed.
In addition to a 4* hotel, Monsieur Aristide also boasts a 50-seat restaurant, the Café d'Aristide, which extends into the lobby and onto the terrace. The restaurant serves market cuisine, including mezzés. There's also a tangy cocktail bar. Surprising beverages made from plants and herbs.
