Le Pain Quotidien at the Hilton Paris Opéra

Le Hilton Paris Opéra is something of a daydream for Le Pain Quotidien. Although Le Pain Quotidien is already 25 years old, this is the first time it has stepped out of the cosy sphere of small "home-style" addresses to set up shop in a place as chic as the grand Hilton Paris Opéra.

In a 150m² space, accessible from the street but also from the hotel, you'll find the wholeorganic ethical world of Le Pain Quotidien in an atmosphere typical of the neighborhood's historic bistros. The 80-seat dining room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., allowing you to take a breather between the Grands Magasins and the Saint Lazare train station.

In the morning, Le Pain Quotidien serves a French breakfast, with butter croissant, old-fashioned bread and baguette, hot drink and choice of fruit juice. For lunch, Le Pain Quotidien serves toasted bread with grilled chicken, organic smoked salmon with herb sauce and mixed salads. And for every appetite, Le Pain Quotidien offers a dozen pastries and delicacies to eat in or take away.

With this partnership, Le Pain Quotidien and the Hilton Paris Opéra have combined their expertise to offer their customers the best possible experience. And it's a success, to say the least: while the atmosphere of the place takes on the codes of the Hilton, it transposes Le Pain Quotidien's renowned convivial atmosphere into a grand hotel, and the 12-person table - often proposed to single diners to share a meal with complete strangers - is in the center of the room.
