Papa Boun opens its first store in the Montorgueil district and offers you to discover the great classic that is the brioche, but in a revisited way since the bread is a bun and it can also be eaten salted. Original and tasty recipes that we can't wait to try.

Papa Boun opens its first briocherie in the Montorgueil district, for the greatest pleasure of the gourmands.
It is the artist Angélina Guez who graffitied the walls of the store, which is high in colors.

But be careful,Papa Boun is not a classic brioche as we are used to eat it. Indeed, this one is revisited with a touch of modernity and colors .
The bread is a bun, a brioche bread with a thin crust that is normally used for burgers.
This idea is the work of three young gastronomy enthusiasts who wanted to offer this great classic in a sweet and savory version, so that it can be eaten at any time of day.

You can find buns with pastrami, pickles and honey mustard,straciatella, tomato, arugula and cream or salmon, cream cheese, avocado, arugula and lemon...
Sweet version you have the brioche with pieces of praline, caramel dulce de leche, coconut or raspberry... Just to name a few!
