Like a little air of Little Italy... That's what Manhattan Terrazza is offering with a 100% pasta, pizza and antipasti restaurant in the 17th arrondissement. After The Little Italy and then The Brooklyn Pizzeria, Garry Dorr, the founder of the restaurant, is once again embarking on an adventure with a third address"more casual and relaxed than ever".
The idea of this restaurant? To offer Parisians"the best Neapolitan pizza at the lowest price: the real margherita without cheating on the size or the excellence of the product". And a simple menu, based on 100% Italian products and very well sourced. Pizzas, pastas, antipasti, dolci, insalata... You are spoilt for choice. In terms of decoration and atmosphere, we find here the New York codes of the prohibition era, like in the Godfather, with red brick walls, industrial pipes and other street artist tags.
As for the menu, which the editors had the privilege of testing, it is very tasty: on the pizza side, the margherita, the most classic of the classics, is succulent. As good as the traditional one you can taste in the pizzerias of Rome, Naples or Florence. Special mention to the heart of burrata with fresh truffle of Molise, to fall by ground! For dessert, let yourself be tempted by the lightest tiramisù. Also noteworthy is the USA brunch, every Saturday and Sunday, for a relaxing moment between Italy and the United States.
