Tripletta Gaité, the pizzeria close to Montparnasse

If you don't know Tripletta Belleville yet then it's time to catch up as Trinity Group, which is behind Triplettes, Justine and therefore Tripletta Belleville, opened a new gourmet address in Paris in 2018. Its name? Tripletta Gaité, the little brother of Tripletta Belleville.

You can find the delicious recipes of perfectly cooked pizzas made in Tripletta like the Mortadella Peplum with mortadella, pesto, burrata and oregano, but also the very original Speckiale with its San Marzano tomato sauce, Brie de Meaux, artisanal Speack, oregano and red onions or the classica Margherita with tomato sauce, parmesan, fresh basil and its Mozzarella fior di latte from Agerola.

Tripletta Gaité does not forget the lovers of the aperitif either with a melting Burratina or a tender Focaccia sublimated by an organic olive oil.
