A restaurant created out of the adventure of a young startup providing an innovative, reinvented and 100% self-efficient system. On the menu, a gourmet offer inspired by regional dishes mixing organic, fresh and local produces, as well as terroir produces from a short delivery system. As for the décor, eco-recycled furniture and absolutely no plastic, whether it comes to furniture or material used or waste.

Please also note the experience is fully digital: you get in, download credits on an NFC card and access the counter of the central island unit, without having to wait. It is as simple as that! A new gustatory and never-before-seen service experience rethinking the traditional French food breaing the rules and to discover from October 4, 2021. Shall we go, friends?
