Mi Tierra is the name of the real Colombian restaurant in Paris, known by the natives and passed on by word of mouth. If you are looking for a real authentic Colombian cuisine, the one of the country, a generous and greedy cuisine, this is the Latin restaurant that you must try in Paris.
Like many restaurants, Mi Tierra took advantage of the confinement to redo its decoration. Always as convivial, the decoration wants from now on to be more modern. Pretty green tints, wood and a pretty natural counter on the menu for a relaxed restaurant effect.
At Mi Tierra, as you can imagine, everything is home-made with fresh products. For starters, you'll be seduced by the empanadas stuffed with cheese (€5.50), by the Colombian black pudding or the ultra gourmet mango ceviche (€9.50).
But be sure to leave room for the dishes, which could not be more substantial. Notice to good eaters, you have the address that will satisfy your hunger. We opted for the beautiful Picada plate which marriespork belly, beef, chicken, chorizo, green plantain, manioc, corn cake, ribs, pico de gallo and Mi Tierra sauce.
My sidekick chose the Sabores de Mi Tierra with Colombian black pudding, chorizo, shredded beef, mango ceviche, empanada de pollo, corn cake, green plantain, papa criolla (Creole potato), chimichurri and Mi Tierra sauce.
To finish, we opt for the figs candied with Dulce de leche, a typical dessert that can surprise, and the gourmet coffee with ice cream and panna cotta.
So, let's have a real Colombian restaurant?
