The restaurant x terrasse éphémère at the Musée Carnavalet awaits you for a new summer season, from May 8, 2024 to next October. Remember that in previous years, Fabula welcomed Chloé Charles, Thibaut Spiwack and Julien Dumas, all committed to sustainable and responsible cuisine.
Once again this year, the terrace restaurant continues in the same vein, with the arrival behind the stoves of a chef who is just as committed to good eating and ethical cuisine: Thomas Chisholm, the chef who has already delighted us at ChoCho.
A responsible, plant-based menu awaits you, with pretty plates composed mainly of local produce, responsibly caught fish and seasonal vegetables. All of this can be enjoyed at dinner, from 7.30pm to 2am, in the fabulous courtyard with its enchanting French garden.
Let's spill the beans on some of the fresh, creative dishes you'll find on the Fabula 2024 menu: black and white vitello tonnato, with smoked tonnato sauce and squid ink marbling; or carpaccio of smoked beet, radish and pickled apple, garlic yoghurt and peanut-savory sauce.
And for the drinks, Fabula calls on mixologist Vincent Diener, winner of the Bartenders Challenge 2023, to highlight his plant-inspired cocktails.
With its subdued lighting and festive atmosphere, Fabula is an exotic terrace restaurant for lovers or friends to enjoy all spring and summer long!
