Cicchetti, the Italian experience to share

For those who haven't yet discovered Cicchetti, this is a way of enjoying Italian cuisine inspired by the Venetians, who like to order several dishes in half portions to share with friends.

This joyful, tasty experience combines antipasti, pasta, risottos, meat and fish. Like "tapas", but Italian-style, you get to taste a little of everything, making it a particularly convivial experience.

If we had to recommend a Cicchetti, it would definitely be the Crunchy Polenta with Porcini mushrooms and Parmesan cream, a Kuccini specialty. Crunchy and melt-in-your-mouth at the same time, it's bursting with flavor and is super comforting!

The decor is by the Maison Plisson architect, who has created a refined atmosphere with an original wine library, a beautiful table d'hôte at the entrance, and a central steel beam structure that carries the room...

It's bright with the bay window overlooking the street and warm lighting from designer bulbs along the room. The open kitchen completes the relaxed atmosphere.

Chef AMER is an enthusiast with many years' experience in Italy, concocting fresh Italian recipes with products he selects with passion.

As a summer starter, it's impossible to miss the Burrata di puglia, with its roasted eggplant caviar, datterino tomatoes, homemade pesto and sprinkled with pine nuts.

Another Kuccini classic is the Calamari in Insalata, with its incredible aroma of marinated calamari grilled a la plancha that fills the room when it's prepared. Served in its own cassolette, the calamari melts in your mouth, and the seasoning is dazzling!

Pasta carbonara to die for!

According to the many reviews on the Internet, the favorite dish of Kuccini's customers is the classic of classics: carbonara spaguetti with guanciale (pig's cheeks), said to be among the best in Paris.

Another specialty that's all the rage on the menu at the moment is the 200gr scotch beef tagliata grilled with parmesan and arugula! Exceptionally tender meat (Aberdeen Angus), connoisseurs will go crazy for it.

How could we not finish with a fresh, creamy, airy, light and not too sweet Tiramisu, a delicacy we indulge in with pleasure.

Very typical too, the ricotta/pistachio-filled Cannoli is a total treat to try, accompanied by its runny chocolate, which you pour yourself at the last moment.

Starters range from €13 to €25 depending on size, pasta and risotto from €14 to €26, meat and fish dishes from €18 to €28, and desserts from €10.
