The galette des rois at Plaza Athénée 2024: a gourmet reinterpretation for Epiphany

For Epiphanie 2024, Angelo Musa, World Pastry Champion and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and Elisabeth Hot, head pastry chef at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée, once again unveil a gourmet reinterpretation of the traditional galette des rois, this time combining hazelnut and mandarin.
