The inauguration of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, with its Fashion Week feel, offered a catwalk to a handful of international superstars dressed to the nines. While the avant-garde of French couture was in the starting-blocks, the leader was undoubtedly the House of Dior, which dressed the evening's headliners.

Majestic, iconic and Haute Couture, these flamboyant creations, veritable banners of French fashion and savoir-faire, flashed across our screens during the opening ceremony. Dresses embroidered with pearls for Céline Dion, pink & black feathers for Lady Gaga and gold feathers for Aya Nakamura, all found a place of choice among the other silhouettes in the Dior "museum". And don't forget the masterful dress in the colors of the French flag! Sublimated by the lyric singer Axelle Saint-Cirel during the event, it too joined the exhibition gallery and became the House's standard for the duration of the Games, and even until September 30.
