In September 2025, Génération Céline arrives in Paris! Four singers accompanied by an orchestra will sing S'il suffisait d'aimer, On ne change pas, My heart will go on, J'irai où tu iras, Pour que tu m'aimes encore, All by myself... And all the greatest hits of his career. Casting is currently underway for the show, although a tour of France has already been announced.
Following on from the success of the show L'héritage Goldman, the Concert Extraordinaire concept takes on a new challenge with the music of Céline Dion in Génération Céline. But what exactly is the Concert Extraordinaire concept? To bring legendary concerts back to life in France. To their credit, concerts featuring ABBA, Queen, ACDC, Whitney Houston, etc... Although the artists are not present on stage, they revive their greatest hits, performed by new artists.
Génération Céline 's musical director is none other than Érick Benzi, a musician and songwriter with whom Céline collaborated during her career, notably on the album with Goldman D'eux, the best-selling French-language album in the world (1995). On the production side, the show's producer is Richard Walter, with over 6,000 concerts to his credit with artists from all over the world.
Céline Dion, world-famous for her powerful voice and impressive career, made her debut in Quebec in the 1980s, before making her mark on the international scene after winning the 1988 Eurovision Song Contest for Switzerland. Her French-language albums, such as D'eux et, were hugely successful, while her English-language albums, including Falling Into You and Let's Talk About Love, propelled her to global stardom. Céline Dion recently made her mark with an exceptional performance last July at the top of the Eiffel Tower for the Paris 2024 Games. The Génération Céline show pays tribute to the singer's incredible career.
