Easter vacations 2023: visits, activities and workshops for children at the Hôtel de la Marine

From April 22 to May 9, it's vacation time, and vacations mean special programs in the National Monuments of Paris, like here, at the Hôtel de la Marine, which offers workshops, guided tours and activities for families.

What if, during the Easter vacations of 2023, we went to theHôtel de la Marine with the children? In any case, there is no shortage of activities: between guided tours, workshop tours and other activities, there is something to do for the whole family, from April 22 to May 9, 2023.

On the program, you can take a self-guided tour of theHôtel de la Marine, to the sound of the Confident, a connected mediation headset given free to each child. Otherwise, there are also family visits on different themes: the history of the Hôtel de la Marine, the visit to the steward of the Garde-meuble de la Couronne, thetemporary exhibition of the moment... Generally accessible from 7 or 8 years old. Or you can combine your visit with a creative workshop: an introduction to watercolor, another to drawing, a special workshop on gilding... If you want to take full advantage of the activities, we advise you to go with children aged at least 7 years (the minimum age for most of the activities and family entertainment provided).

Then, take advantage of the proximity of the Tuileries garden to have lunch, a snack or simply enjoy this beautiful green space with the kids!

At the Hôtel de la Marine, children can enjoy an adapted audio tour thanks to the Confident, a connected mediation headset that offers interactions with the accompanying adults. They will go in search of the blue diamond alongside Amand, son of the steward, in the apartments.
