Every year, the Fête de la Science is an event for young and old alike. The concept behind this fun event? Put the different sciences in the spotlight with a program of workshops, experiments and other activities, often free of charge, at museums, universities and scientific institutions.
On this occasion, the curious, the passionate and the whole family come together to discover the secrets of our world through a variety of disciplines. Physics, chemistry, medicine, astronomy, biology, mathematics and mineralogy - you're at the crossroads of science! To make sure you don't miss out on the next edition, we're looking forward to seeing you from October 6 to 16, 2023 in Paris and the whole of theÎle-de-France region.
You'll be able to take advantage of this event to discover places that are usually closed to the public. Such is the case of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, located in Paris, in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Tucked away in the Pavillon Boncourt, formerly home to the famous Ecole Polytechnique, this secret location unveils a special program for this year's Fête de la Science in Paris.
